Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
